All our tubing trips range from 1 hours to 4 hours. Our long float trips take you through the The Chute and then as with every trip short or long you have no choice but to sit back and enjoy the views as you float the most beautiful river in Texas. But as with all of our float trips, the best part is THE CHUTE our natural made, fast flowing, 200 yard blast down the Guadalupe River, which you can easily walk back up and float as many times as you want, or where you can stop and play or hang out with friends and drink a beer.

PARKING FEE:

  • Weekends: $50/ vehicle
  • You MUST pay the parking fee whether you are here to float using our equipment or yours, or if you are to just hangout. Anyone 18 or older will be given a wristband to wear to show that you have paid the parking fee. • On weekdays, the parking fee will cover one tube. On weekends, the parking fee will cover two tubes.
  • We have tubes with bottoms, tubes without bottoms, and cooler tubes.

    • Cooler tubes do not include a cooler. You may rent a cooler for $10 and ice is $3.
    • Coolers should be 48 Quarts or smaller to fit our tubes
  • If you are renting our tubes, the shuttle ride will be included with your purchase.
  • Dogs are allowed to go floating with you too!

  • The parking fee DOES NOT cover personal equipment. Therefore, you must pay the parking fee as well as the shuttle fee.

HOW IT WORKS:

  1. When you arrive at Lone Star Float House, you will drive down the hill for parking. Please do not park directly in front of the Float House. This parking is saved for the restaurant only!
  2. You will be greeted by a parking attendant, which is where you will pay the parking fee (cash and card are accepted). After payment, you will receive wristbands for anyone 18 or older and will be given a parking slip. After that, you will be told where to park.
  • If you park in our auxiliary lot, you will be shuttled to our property at no additional charge (don’t forget your parking slip), as well as back to your car after your float trip. Please try to get back to your car no later than 7pm.

If you are here just to hang out:

  • You now have access to our property. Tables are a first come, first serve basis. You are also allowed to bring your dogs, but they must stay on a leash while on the property. Remember to be respectful to the property and those around you: no loud music, pick up after yourself (and your dog), and keep our river beautiful!

If you are here to FLOAT on a WEEKDAY :

  1. Take the parking slip the parking attendant gave you upstairs to the restaurant.
  2. You (and your entire group) will fill out a contract at the counter (ONE PER GROUP), which includes how many tubes you will be using and how long you want to float. Everyone in your group that is 18 or older must sign the back of the contract, so wait until your ENTIRE GROUP is present before filling out the contract.
  • This is where you will give the counter girls your parking slip. It acts as money and will be taken off of the total for all of your tubes. Remember that the parking slip does not cover personal equipment shuttles, only our tubes.
  1. You will be given a slip of paper that you will give the bus drivers downstairs, once your entire group is ready the employees will load your tubes on the trailer while you load onto the bus.
  • We have trash bags for you to stash your trash. They are free to use and are better than a $500 fine for littering!
  1. You will be shuttled up the river and will float back down to us.
  • Please do not float past us or else you will have to pay a shuttle fee of $25/ person to be picked up.
  1. Stay safe, stash your trash, and have fun!
